Paul was the son of a minister who escaped slavery in North Carolina and a Mother from a family of prominent, free, Black Quakers. In high school he was a star athlete and excelled in academics.

Paul earned a scholarship to Rutgers University and worked hard to receive top Honors for Debate & Oratory Skills, Played four Varsity sports (earning 15 Letters), voted Phi Beta Kappa and Elected Class Valedictorian.
While attending Law School at Columbia University, he taught Latin and played pro football on weekends to pay tuition.

BEFORE becoming ETERNAL
Paul endured racism while working at a law firm, which made him leave law and pursue his passion for theater. He boldly moves his family to Europe and becomes an international star on the Big Screen.

ASCENSION
Paul personally met with President Truman after the Moore’s Ford Lynchings and exhorts to him to pass anti-lynching legislation or “black people will defend themselves”.
A global super star for his music, theatrical performances, film career, and exceptional willingness to speak up politically & raise money for people oppressed on the World stage made him a target of the Government.
At the Paris Peace Congress Paul eloquently speaks out against fascism, imperialism, racism and war.
The U.S. media purposely twist the words of his speech and have him labeled a Communist resulting in the removal of his passport, blacklisting him from film, studios, recording labels, and domestic concert venues.
NORTH STAR
Now an internationally renowned political activist, Paul is subpoenaed to testify before The House Committee on Un-American Activities.
His blistering testimony about the hypocrisy of the American government, African Americans' treatment as 2nd class citizens, and the fact that the politicians were the un-americans that needed to be ashamed of themselves influenced the Supreme Court to return his passport several years later.
